Krafft Bridge Advisors is the brainchild of Myriam and was founded as a response to a problem she had seen repeatedly across complex projects: the gap between planning and implementation, accountability and action, ambition and outcome.

Myriam Shankar Krafft
Myriam brings four decades of international project management experience across Europe and India — spanning industrial operations, financial services infrastructure, large-scale real estate, and asset transformation. Her career has taken her across globally distributed projects involving supply-chain coordination, logistics, and on-ground setup for multinationals entering India, navigating regulatory processes and cross-border stakeholder environments. Her core strength is designing project and systems architecture that delivers both strategic clarity and end-to-end execution. In recent years, she has focused increasingly on projects aligned with heritage conservation, water stewardship, and environmentally sensitive land — with the same rigour she brings to everything she builds.
Tasha Tyagi
Tasha is a corporate and commercial lawyer with deep experience in India market entry, FDI compliance, and regulatory structuring. Her work spans entity setup, multi-state regulatory interpretation, approval sequencing, and the full range of real estate-linked commercial transactions — JDAs, lease agreements, franchise and brand-licensing structures, and the documentation that underpins asset development. What sets Tasha apart is her ability to move fluidly between legal strategy and on-ground execution — coordinating stakeholders, managing parallel workstreams, and ensuring regulatory intent stays aligned through to transaction closure. Clients rely on her where overlapping regulations, asset constraints, and commercial pressures converge.
Roshitha Naik
Roshitha spent over twenty years shaping how some of the world's most recognised brands look, feel, and connect — Levi's, Lee, Puma, HRX by Myntra. From associate designer to design head, she managed complex stakeholder briefs, coordinated vendors and timelines, and held quality and delivery together under sustained pressure. That career built a rigorous project management instinct — the ability to structure ambiguous problems, map dependencies, and move from concept to delivery without losing the original intent. At Krafft Bridge Advisors, she brings that discipline to project development: connecting vision with structured delivery, from scoping to completion. She doesn't just manage projects. She shapes them.

With a background in finance and early professional experience in accounting and financial operations, Vinutha brings a strong foundation in process discipline, accuracy, and accountability. Her experience spans accounts receivable, payment analysis, and bookkeeping support — all of which have shaped her structured, detail-oriented approach to execution. One of her core strengths lies in helping teams and workflows stay organised, responsive, and aligned. She brings steadiness, ownership, and practical problem-solving to the firm's internal operations — a reliable anchor behind the scenes of every engagement.

Vanitha brings deep experience in tax and audit, supported by a strong eye for detail and a disciplined approach to financial processes. Her grounding in compliance, accuracy, and structured execution ensures that the firm's financial operations run with consistency and care.
